My artwork explores an interest in portraying and representing thoughts of the subconscious. The core ideas of the work originate from recollections of my personal thoughts, memories & dreams – exploring both vivid and vague aspects. I became intrigued and consequently greatly influenced by the Surrealist style and numerous Surrealist artists. Through my work I aim to produce a visual language portraying and alluding to the unification of ‘dream’ and ‘reality’.
